About  VMS

The meaning behind the name

VMS stands for Vulnerable Moments and Spaces. A concept that lies at the core of who we are. It’s about honoring those honest, unfiltered pieces of life that often go unnoticed, yet carry the most meaning. VMS is a reminder that vulnerability isn’t weakness it’s art,

it’s strength, and it’s the root of true connection

Our Mission

At Vulnerable Moments and Spaces, my mission is to create a safe, compassionate environment where individuals and couples can explore the most tender parts of their stories. Through trauma informed, culturally sensitive care, I help clients build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing with intention and self trust.
